I have had a sore throat for a few days so I just had some tea.
Not only did the tea help my throat feel better but it was the best tasting "medicine" I have ever had.
Seriously you have to try this!
It was Stash Green Chai tea. I added milk and brown sugar.
You will truly love it!
I do not think all of our stores have it yet, but look for it. (In Allegany it is by the service desk).
Stash sounds like a pretty cool company. Check them out! They even have an interesting history of tea section.

FAST and EASY desert
Ok, here is my own recipe...
Take an apple, core it, microwave for about 90 seconds (until soft) and you have almost instant applesauce!
You can also add brown sugar and/or cinnamon for an additional treat!
It will surprise you how good it is!

Qualified health claim for fatty acids
Qualified health claim for fatty acids: "Conventional foods will henceforth be able to display a qualified health claim for omega-3 fatty acids - previously restricted to supplements - the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced yesterday."
While it was not as far as food manufacturers wanted, it does let them do more than before.
"The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) welcomed the decision, but expressed its disappointment at the FDAs failure to award a full, unqualified health claim to omega-3 and its ability to reduce the risk of CHD, for which they had petitioned.
"We continue to believe that the science is strong enough to warrant an unqualified health claim," said Annette Dickinson, president of the CRN"
Studies have found Omega-3 to be effective on everything from prostate cancer to heart disease, and strokes.
